Shadow Cycling Collective is a certified 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that relies on donors to support our athletes and our mission. In accordance with this, we wanted to offer the public new ways to support Shadow at a grassroots level. All merchandise profits go directly to funding the team– from covering administrative costs, subsidizing our races, growing our development efforts, to supporting women's cycling across the board.

During these unprecedented times, delays can happen. We work with production partners and shipping carriers who are seeing industry-wide disruptions due to the impacts of Covid-19.
Tracking links are now taking longer than usual to update. Sometimes tracking info won't change for over a week until the item is scanned, or even up to the point of delivery. Know that your orders aren't lost– they're still being processed by our shipping carriers.
If you haven't received your order within 3 weeks, please reach out so we can investigate further. Thank you for your patience while dealing with the industry-wide shipping delays.
Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our sizing charts on each product page.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include reference photos. If a return is accepted, it must be received within 30 calendar days. In most cases, we will not cover the shipping cost of a returned item.
Most of our items fit true to size, but please reference the sizing chart. We have conveniently placed the sizing charts within the photos section of each individual item page. If you have additional sizing questions, please reach out and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.
